Woman Beats Blood Cancer With Turmeric After Several Rounds of Failed Chemo Treatments

In India, turmeric has been used for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb. It gives curry its yellow coloration and is famously known for its compound known as curcumin – a chemical with proven antiseptic, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer properties.

It is the most powerful herb on the planet at fighting and reversing diseases. It can be used as a treatment for various skin disorders, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, for arthritis management, to fight obesity, as cholesterol regulator, painkillers, and steroids.

The Story of Dienke Ferguson

A 67-year-old- woman, named Dienke Ferguson, suffered from cancer for five years. She used the power of curcumin to fight her cancer.

She ended her conventional treatments, including four stem cell transplants and three rounds of chemotherapy because it has been proven ineffective for her. Instead, she opts to consume 8 g of curcumin daily and since then, she did not anymore undergo any conventional treatment and decided to return to her normal daily routine.

Published in the British Medical Journal Case Reports, her doctors from Barts Health NHS Trust wrote a statement saying:

“This is the first report in which curcumin has demonstrated an objective response in progressive disease in the absence of conventional treatment. The biological activity of curcumin is indeed remarkable and it possesses anti-proliferative effects in a wide variety of tumor cells.”

Conversely, Dieneke’s story is the only one which so far shows a strong evidence and clear-cut link between cancer and curcumin.

One of the report’s authors, named Professor Jamie Cavenagh noted:

“A lot of my patients take curcumin at different stages of their treatment. I don’t object to it. Dieneke’s is the best response I have observed and it is clear-cut because we had stopped all other treatment.”

Due to the fact that curcumin has not yet been tested in large-scale clinical trials, it is not often prescribed by western medical practitioners. But Dieneke wants to change that.

She said:

“I hope my story will lead to more people finding out about the amazing health benefits of curcumin.”
