A Simple Home Remedy For Sore Throat And Tonsillitis
Tonsillitis is an inflammation of the tonsils caused by a variety of common viruses and bacteria like Streptococcus pyogenes (group A streptococcus), the bacterium that causes strep throat. This is common among children between pre-school ages and mid-teenage year.

Simple Remedy For A Sore Throat
Ingredients:
80g cumin or black seeds
1 whiskey or cognac
250ml filtered water
Preparation:
Put the cumin seeds in 200ml water and boil everything for about 15 minutes. Once you get a black and thick texture, you must strain it and put everything to boil again. Lastly, add the whiskey or cognac.
For best results, you should take 1 teaspoon of the mixture every 30 minutes and within 2 hours, you will already feel better. Symptoms of tonsillitis will also disappear within four hours.
Tips To Prevent Tonsillitis
- Replace his or her toothbrush after being diagnosed with tonsillitis.
- Make sure to wash his or her hands thoroughly and frequently, particularly before eating and after using the toilet.
