Here’s How To Make An Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe vera juice has a mild, tolerable flavor and mixes easily into smoothies and shakes.

Ingredients

1 aloe vera leaf large

3 cups of filtered water

Preparation

Remove the outer layer of the aloe vera leaf using a knife. This outer layer is often covered with thorns. The second layer of the aloe vera leaf is yellowish in color and is called the latex part. Cut the latex layer of the leaf to reveal the clear aloe vera gel inside. Scoop out all the gel and transfer it to a small bowl. Have two tablespoons of aloe vera gel and add it to the water in the blender. Blend thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until desired consistency is achieved. Enhance its taste by adding some lime juice or a few pieces of cucumber to the infusion.

Aside from this, aloe vera juice can also be mixed with honey or white vinegar or with other fruit juices such as apple juice, orange juice, and carrot juice.

Aloe vera juice is one such beverage we should be drinking to boost our overall health.
