Aside from being painful, cramps can affect our ability to move around and perform our daily routine. Luckily, regular consumption of certain types of foods can possibly help prevent cramping, or at least make it a less frequent issue.

Cinnamon

Bananas


Aside from being a good source of potassium, bananas are also loaded with magnesium and calcium. These beneficial nutrients help ease muscle cramps.
