  1. 4 Garlic heads
  2. 4 cm Ginger
  3. 4 Lemons
  4. 4 Liters water


Preparation:


Wash the ginger and lemons well. Chop the lemons into slices and peel the ginger and garlic. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until a homogenous substance is formed and pour the mixture in a pot, then heat it. Slowly add the water and let it boil. Let the mixture cool down then place it in a bottle and store it in the refrigerator. Take 1 glass in fasting every morning.

Note: The mixture can also be taken 2 hours before going to sleep. Shake the mixture well before drinking.
