  1. 750 ml of water
  2. 180 grams green papaya (cut into cubes)

Put the papaya in the cooking pot and fill it with water. Once it is boiling, allow simmering further for about 10 minutes. Put 1 teaspoon green tea in a teapot and add the boiling papaya water. Drink this tea throughout the day.
