Blend up avocado dressing using 1 ripe avocado, 1 clove peeled fresh garlic, 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 3 tablespoons olive oil and salt, and black pepper. The result can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week in the fridge.

Simply mash a ripe avocado into a fine pulp using a fork, then add a few drops of olive oil and mix it in well. Using the fingertips, spread the moisturizer on the skin around the face while taking care not to get it in the eyes. Leave it on and relax for – minutes to let the nutrients sink in. Rinse with lukewarm water. Doing this will leave our skin feeling fresh and hydrated with only a few minutes’ work.
