Ingredients:


  1. 1 tsp of turmeric
  2. 1 small piece of grated fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp of ginger powder
  3. 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
  4. 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  5. 1/2 cup (120ml) of unsweetened milk of your choice
  6. 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Simply mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain the drink into mugs and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
