Sore throats can be caused by bacteria, viruses, or allergies. Though this quite annoying and painful, this condition resolves on its own, however, there are some natural remedies - such as apple cider vinegar - that can provide quick relief and soothe a sore throat.
Here are the easy ways of using apple cider vinegar for sore throat.
Apple Cider Vinegar And Water
Simply add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and mix well. Use this solution as a gargle several times a day.
Apple Cider Vinegar And Lemon
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon juice to warm water. Drink this solution 2 to 3 times daily.
Apple Cider Vinegar And Cinnamon
Mix a teaspoon each of apple cider vinegar, cinnamon powder, honey, and lemon juice with a cup of warm water. We can drink this solution slowly or simply use it as a gargle two to three times daily.
Apple Cider Vinegar And Cayenne Pepper
This remedy will require us to add 1 teaspoon each of apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and a healthy dollop of throat-soothing honey into warm water. Use this solution to gargle while also taking small sips in between. Do these 2 to 3 times daily.
Apple Cider Vinegar And Salt
Gargle with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt dissolved in a glass of warm water; use several times a day if needed.
